What has everyone been up to?

preparing for graphic lessons on september .... getting ready for moving to beach house for august vacations ... giving money to my mother to do  my house work.

yes we are having twins and its one of each it's all new to me and Ape we have not had babies before so its going to be a little hard at first and with ape working away a lot it may be more harder then i thought but i will be ok .

they are getting big now and moving around lots too

you will be ok ...women are born to be smart !
all the things i thought i might be afraid they vanished when i hold  my baby ...i cant explain it its something you will see by yourself..i hope everything will be painless and great for you

this is our scan of our babies as you can see there getting big and Jenny is now feeling the pain of the stretch marks its getting to be a little more like she is about to pop.

Jenny is only small and having 2 inside is not helping much...

been to have a new scan today and then drove to my mums house to pick up baby things

then went shopping and got APE 2 new fish and some plants for he's tank to say thank you for a really nice dinner out lastnight

Apart from having a very busy time at work in A and E, and helping my elderly mother in the garden.

Trying to sell my flat before end of August was looking good, until the buyers Solicitor threw a spanner in the works.
I have had this flat since 2002 and in 2004 I changed the old knackered wooden framed window to a UPVC one, well they want to know if I asked permission for the change. Considering most of the flats got rid of the wooden to UPVC windows.
The management company has lost the original letter I sent in 2004, and have no records of me requesting permission, so now I have to fork out £96 for a letter of permission from them. I even forked out £100 for an electrician to do checks on all electrical sockets and plugs on Washing Machine, Fridge and Oven, just to get an up to date Certificate.

Buying and Selling property has changed a lot now with online conveyers I am using one through the Estate Agent I rented my flat out for the past eighteen months. They are cheaper than Solicitors and do exactly the same work.
Another obstacle has been my mortgage provider, due to me being on a NHS Zero Hour contract they have refused to give me a mortgage after my five year fixed rate deal finishes. Even though I have two big investment bonds that can pay off my mortgage they still will not give me a new deal due to my NHS contract as I am non medical staff.
Anyhow I have seen two independent mortgage advisers who said that they only deal with mortgages of £25,000 and over and mine is under that. I went to my old bank that I moved from four years ago, their mortgage adviser said that they would give me a mortgage. Based on the money in my investments cover my outstanding mortgage, however the main advice I got was to pay off the mortgage which will be done in September.
So all being well my flat will have a new owner in September a month later than planned  I bought a wreck of a place done it up over the years

today my lessons starts   yes iam bored already 

been helping on the Support forum and then about to do hose work as jenny cant do it right now and i have lots of things going on from home so cant spend lots of time on here right now but will get in later when done with real life lol

same here lessons started and iam like flashman to try to do everything

After nearly six long months I have finally exchanged contracts and have a completion date of 5th Dec 2016 for my new flat.
Hopefully I will get the keys on the 5th Dec and start to move in, however over the past month I have been sorting stuff out, "what to keep "what to get rid of" . Today took me over two hours to sort out the old paperwork that you put away and know you have to get rid of and some point. .

Been to take my Step Dad to the hospital for he's first lot of chemotherapy What a day it's been it's been a long day and got home and had the baby to deal with as Jenny has just come down with a cold.

Thank god for baby bottles when breast feeding so Daddy can feed him. Daddy loves feeding he's little man.
