Can't post new topic in Netflix Forum

I tried 3 times so far to post new topic in Netflix forum and it keeps saying "Try again". I posted link for IMDB website, image of tv series and some text.

@System32 links are not aloud until you have been a member for a set time sorry. That is why you can't post in the forum sorry
