A lot of everything

I noticed from the day one there are just way too many forum and categories. I feel as if you tried to put all in one mixure of the forum hoping to please everyone.

> For instance, category for some games, 0 posts, 0 topics. I am not sure when that was added, but really nobody talk about that. 
> A lot of widgets. Even now I don't know what widgets are there. It's just so many I don't bother to check. 
> A lot of things in front of my eyes. Snowman falling, pointer like santa's head - hard to navigate, decoration on the left side. 

I feel as you took all possible tutorials for Forumotion and applied it here. 

Suggestion? Let's start by removing that category for games. 

The forum is not about just one thing its about a basic chat of everything.

From the basic chat to more helpful topic's we have just been slow and the site is not really used just like all forums now sadly

as for the snow men they are only here for a short time and only on the main forum page not all parts.

I spoke to ape and we have removed the games forum.
The games forum was not long made and it is slow on here that is why it had no posts really.

We have removed it for now and maybe in the new year we will re think the forum and what we are going to do with it.

Ape was planning on closing the forum but i want to keep it running.

Ape will still be working for FM but all he needs is the test forum he has for basic tests and bug fixes and pre pod work for FM them self.

Hello Ape and Jenny, 

This is your forum so you can decide what to do with it, I know that I have not been on here much of late due to recent health issues and broadband down times. 
The way I look at the forum is to cut back on what has not been used by members and to keep the sections that have had comments or most activity. 

I also do not get much activity on my sites, however the way I look at it I would not close my sites as Ape, you (Jenny) and Skouliki have done a lot of work for my sites to make it look modern and look better that it would of been if it was a basic skin.
So thank you all very much and I appreciate it very much to all you have done for me I couldn't of done it without your help.

Hello there! I saw you mentioned potentially closing the site. I personally think you should keep it open, as I think it's a great forum and you've both put in so much effort into making it a fun and great place to post. I've recently refound this forum and would like to make some new posts and help get some activity going on it in any way I can.

Of course, it's your forum, so it's upto you, but just wanted to let you know how much I enjoy posting on the forum.

If I may add to this, I really do like this forum so I hope to keep it open. If you guys need help, I am more than happy to lend a hand. If you need more members, I can try to advertise often on other sites. There arent too many sites that have features and categories like this one which is why I joined. I like the games and discussions that we have on here and I enjoy the store and awards and such. 
I am going to try to come on here more often if possible.

My plan was to maybe close it down but as jenny has said she will keep it running.

Sadly right now I have really little time on my hands but jenny has said if it means closing then she will keep it on her hands.

All forums are having a bad time right now and  yes this forum has always been a little slow but i have loved making it and getting to know you all.

Jenny will log in and out of both account's if i can't make it so she has the tools for updates.

If any of you have any thing you would like to see on the forum and it can be done PLEASE PLEASE feel free to ask or become a member of our The Idea's Team  You get to talk to the team about things you want on the forum see all our plans before others and vote on updates

you also get to see the things we have thought about and not added you get to talk to all the staff in your own chatbox too

I do hope the site keeps running, I can try to help as much as I can. I am not that creative but if I generate some ideas or suggestions, I will be sure to let you all know. I have been working with forums for years so I am here for you all need anything! You both have created a great site and I have enjoyed every bit of it. I enjoyed meeting you both and so many nice people here. :D
