What is the nature of the bug: wrong position

Browser your using: Brave
Have you tried to use other browsers Yes or No: No
Other information you may think we need to know: While i tried to read some private messages the pop-up of that thing it has the icon position wrong again...

just a little Question ?
Can i ask you if your browser zoom is 100% ?
When testing this / your problem i had used the browser zoom to zoom out to get a bigger screen space to take a screen shot and forgot to go back to 100% then see the same problem as your's. after going back to 100% it was gone again.
Please make sure your browser is set to 100% and take a look again.

The code generates a position coordinate for the dropdown regardless of the size of the screen. Of course, if the page is loaded, a coordinate will be generated automatically and even if you delete any of the toolbar links, the coordinate will be the one generated when the page was loaded. Is this ‘problem’ still relevant?if i delete the chatbox from the toolbar, the position is not right: https://prnt.sc/QkueY0GTUYSS
