Yes we have them all over here in Texas but last year was the worst they were constantly coming into the house. Maybe it has something to do with the two neighbors I have, one neighbor has been living on the left side of me for five years. He has four kids 9 7 5 2 years old, there father hobby is reptiles and insects he keeps all kinds of lizards big and small in aquariums. He also keeps scorpions several times I have seen him out side in the yard trying to catch bugs and roaches for food for them. He also keeps a couple of tires water bucket fencing and stuff next to his house between our homes.
That is also a good place for scorpions to hide I have caught a few and gave him those for his hobby. But now I have stopped doing that now I just catch them and release them in the wild. I'm not sure if he releases the baby in the yard once they have babies. But I don't think so having four kids playing out in the yard that would create trouble for him with this wife and hobby.

I think it more likely they are coming from my other neighbor on my right side since he moved in with his family. I had to start spraying for all kinds of bugs since they have been renting that house now for three years. Note I have been living here for 27 years before and never had these problems before. The first year it was fleas off their Doberman and the 30 rabbits they were
breeding. I would go outside cut my yard and would have to go into my garage and strip down because I was covered with fleas from head to my toes. I had to throw my clothes into the wash machine and turn it on then run into the bathroom and take a bath terrible.
That went for 2 year with that dog now it passed away from old age and this winter they sold their 30 rabbits. And they finely cut their yard. If you consider the hundreds of dollars I spend for poison for my yard I think I did that six or seven times in that first 2 year. The waist from the animals went into plastic trash cans or empty dog food bags also the material from the cages. And it's stands out there for months when they finally move it you can hear the kids screaming because all of the big ugly roaches that's fly around when they move it to the side of the house. Before he finally move it to the street where the trash man finally puts it in the garbage truck not to be funny but I even heard the trash man screamed about the roaches.

So considering the scorpions like to eat big fat juicy delicious roaches worms and all the other bugs that are hanging out in the trash cans and empty dog food bags of waste. So that's why I think I am having all the scorpions in my home but my cat is pretty good at telling me when she has found one in the house. We are lucky we got her she was a wild cat from out side but she the best cat we ever had. But I have a feeling that this is going to be the worst year ever for scorpions and bags.

Now their grandfather moved in five months now this is six people in a 3 small bedroom house a little over 1100 ft three kids grandfather and him and her. Now that they have the grandfathers living in that home here comes the rabbits and now pigs on top of the rabbits and the pigs are starting to scream terrible noise now it's also going to gets hot here in Texas it's going to start to smell from the pigs waste. And the grandfather as a fire going now for four months in his son-in-law barbecue pit I guess the son-in-law finally got tired of the grandfather destroying this barbecue pit. So they got a 30 gallon barrel for him to barrel burn in that, goes from seven o'clock in the morning till sometimes three o'clock in the morning terrible I can't even go outside anymore the smell and that smoke gets old. On their porch underneath it's black from the smoke he even had the fire going on a day we had a burn ban because of the heavy winds.

As for the guys that make fires can you not call some one about this as there must be a law inplace about this sort of thing

Yes I can go to code compliance/code enforcement but it would probably end up with the police because code enforcement doesn't really enforce their own codes anymore that much. And that guy son-in-law is really a a-- h--- I already have a police report on him for threatening me in my yard behind my fence that if I stepped 1 foot in his yard he is going to blow me away. There's something wrong with the guy he kill a possum and then throw the possum in the alley behind my fence and I have to deal with the body. He kills ravens and then throw them in my yard one day I had two of them hanging in my tree one had the head missing the other one had the lower body missing and the intestines were hanging down a foot and a half in the tree you could see that it was thrown in there. The other day him and his father-in-law went shooting their automatic rifles and guns. I was looking out the window seen my wife and son drive off. When I saw him with his gun he could not see me but he made it a point to look at both of my windows with gun in hand I knew what that meant. So I really don't want to start anything right now. Can you imagine if he actually owns his own house instead of renting I would hate to be his neighbor then.

Hell in the uk we would report them but as you say it could end up making more problems and even have your windows shot out and i know that is not right and would not wish no one this sort of Pearson next door to me or even in the same street.

Oh yes I forgot to tell you that I had two neighborhood cats my wife made two bed with blanket and she was feeding them because she felt sorry for them being out in the cold. We did that for a year because they thought the cats were our cats we saw his wife chasing one of the cats trying to kick it fully force two time she did that and she miss. Then her husband got a big rock and tried to kill the cat with that in
our front yard next day to rock was still there and I took a picture of its. A few weeks later both cats were missing I know it was him because he threaten me to keep my cat out of his yard I told him they're not my cat they belong to someone in the neighborhood he goes yeah right I know there your cat every time, you come out they run to you. I told him the cats are not mine but they know that I comeout to play with them, he goes yeah right keep your F------ cat out of my yard.
