I really did not like spiders but I went to a combat your fear day and I got over it really fast.
so the only thing I am afraid of now is loosing my wife and son.

Spiders and all creepy crawlies. Moths and May bugs.
Enclosed spaces....claustrophobic. Can't even be in a crowd of people.
Sudden noises EG drills..fire alarms..the doorbell.
Continuous background noise..eg in a crowd or a full room of people...hospital machines beeping and buzzing.(and I used to be a nurse !!) ALL that buzz. I need calm and to be stress free.
Most of all....anything happening to my family.
