How much sleep do you get?

I was wondering on a daily basis how much sleep do you get? Do you think that sleeping more than 8 hours per day is bad for your health?

I get about 5 to 6 hrs a day but i did get 8hrs every day until the baby was born now it less and i don't think you really need any more than 6hrs a day.
Having more then 8hrs is not good for you so they say.
If i have more then 8hrs i end up feeling sick and my head will be hurting like i have had to much sleep and i can't work right in the day. so more then 8hrs is not good for you and less than 5 hrs is a no no too

And your body only needs 6hrs 7 tops you should not sleep more then 8 in a day or your body will not burn off anything you eat in the night.

I get 4 to 6 hrs a day my wife 10+ must been nice I do not want to sleep my life away.
