Profile update - Reputation bar & Warning bar's

Dear members,

We have some small updates / facelift's for our profiles for you.
With Thanks to @tikky we have had a new update to our post profiles.

Reputation bar:
Before all members had the same colour bar no matter the number of Reputation's you had.
Now when you hit a goal the colour of your bar will change automaticity.
Below is just some of the ones we have got already and there is lots more to see as you move up the Reputation's

Our new bars will look more like our progress bar on the PM system. staff no longer have the warning bars on the profiles as staff can't be warned or banned without being sacked first. Think
