I think it's your browser  as mine and others are perfect it could also be down to your screen size.

Yes that is the problem i think, I'm set to 1920 X 1080 Jenny's is set to 1760 X 990 and works just fine like mine.

It would not be a problem if we never had the chatbox link in the toolbar. As it's there we will not bother about this.

It is really not a big deal.

As the problem is only your end we can't Recreate the problem our end so unless the problem can be seen by us we can't fix it by codes.

Maybe you could see if you can fix it using CSS then post it here and we will see if we can add the code and see if it messes up for everyone else.

just a little Question ?

Can i ask you if your browser zoom is 100% ?

When testing this / your problem i had used the browser zoom to zoom out to get a bigger screen space to take a screen shot and forgot to go back to 100% then see the same problem as your's. after going back to 100% it was gone again.
Please make sure your browser is set to 100% and take a look again.
