What is the nature of the bug: wrong position

Other information you may think we need to know: While i tried to read some private messages the pop-up of that thing it has the icon position wrong again...

if i delete the chatbox from the toolbar, the position is not right: https://prnt.sc/QkueY0GTUYSS

The code generates a position coordinate for the dropdown regardless of the size of the screen. Of course, if the page is loaded, a coordinate will be generated automatically and even if you delete any of the toolbar links, the coordinate will be the one generated when the page was loaded. Is this ‘problem’ still relevant?

..meh.. i upgrade my monitor because the categoes wont fitted so well, so i have another problem for myself xD
